About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator (Travel and Accommodation) to join our team at Pembroke Resource's Olive Downs Complex.

Pembroke Resource's Olive Downs Complex is a greenfield project located approximately 80 kilometres south-east of Moranbah which commenced mining operations in mid-2023. Thiess has been awarded a five-year contract to deliver full service mining operations, including mine planning overburden removal, drill and blast, load and haul (Autonomous), water management and rehabilitation as well as construction of the mine infrastructure.

In this role you will:

• Manage and Coordinate travel, accommodation and flight bookings for site
• Coordinate the mobilisation of personnel to site (flights and accommodation only)
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Finance team including raising of purchase orders, receipting, ordering of uniforms and any other tasks as required
• Trouble shoot issues and work collaboratively to reach solutions with a sense of urgency
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful pragmatic approach, consistently
• Effectively manage own and the team's achievement of service deadlines
• Prioritise effectively and remain calm under pressure

About You

• Strong administration experience with exposure to mining environment being highly regarded
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• High level of proficiency with MS Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong work ethic with a positive can-do attitude
