About the role

We're looking for an experienced Site Administrator / Workforce Coordinator to join our team in Middlemount. You'll support a busy site team delivering shutdown, maintenance and construction works, while keeping everything on track behind the scenes. The role involves working closely with supervisors, project managers and head office to ensure smooth communication, compliance and delivery.

This position suits someone who is organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate mobilisations and demobilisations

• Process daily and weekly timesheets

• Support workforce planning and roster updates

• Track tickets, training and competency expiries

• Manage purchase orders and supplier coordination

• Maintain site-based safety, quality and compliance records

• Liaise with head office for payroll, onboarding and project support

• Provide general administrative assistance as required

About you

• Previous experience working for a contractor on mine sites

• Confident managing rosters, workforce coordination and compliance

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities

• Comfortable using Excel and administrative systems

• Clear communicator who works well with both site and office teams

• Based locally in or near Middlemount, with reliable site access

• Open to a hybrid arrangement with one work-from-home day per week
