About this Role:

Join SunRice's International Customer Service Team as an Export Customer Service Officer and play a key role in fulfilling our customers' orders globally.

Your duties could include:

Acting as primary contact for export customers

Coordinating end-to-end export process, including order entry, invoicing, and export documentation

Ensure compliance with customs and quarantine regulations and documentation requirements.

Liaise with carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Troubleshoot export related issues and implementing effective solutions

Process and manage customer complaints promptly and professionally

Complete all sample requests in compliance with international customs and quarantine requirements.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Minimum 5 years' experience in export/shipping environment ideally within FMCG sector

Degree in Commerce, International Trade would be highly desire

Full Australian Working Rights - this role is NOT open to WHV or sponsorship

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with SAP and BSM desirable

Strong understanding of supply chain and operations

Proven experience in all facets of export Documentation especially Letters of Credit

Ability to work successfully across global markets

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Negotiation and influencing skills, with cultural intelligence and adaptability

Passion for delivering positive customer outcomes
