A reputable and well-established Freight Forwarder is expanding its Customer Service department and seeking the right candidate to join the team. What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of assigned clients
  • Obtain rates and prepare quotes for clients.
  • Coordinate end-to-end orders across import/export and air/ocean freight
  • Provide regular shipment and order updates to customers
  • Collaborate closely with the operations and customs clearance teams

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Previous experience in International Freight Forwarding
  • Proficiency in CargoWise
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to success
  • A genuine desire to build a long-term career in international freight
