STORE MANAGER - KAWANA WATERS SUNA

As Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the store, leading your team with passion and purpose. You will inspire, coach, and develop your people while delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving store goals.

  • Proven retail management experience (2–3 years+)
  • A motivator and coach who builds positive, high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • Confidence in driving sales and exceeding targets
  • A flair for visual merchandising and a love for fast pace retail
  • Commitment to our values of teamwork, care, and excellence
  • Full-time availability: Tuesday–Saturday roster
