WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 2+ years of retail management experience (fashion retail preferred).
  • The ability to coach, inspire and lead a team to success.
  • A knack for visual merchandising and creating an inviting in-store atmosphere.
  • Strong analytical skills to maximise sales and manage stock effectively.
  • A positive, dynamic energy that reflects the Tree of Life ethos.
  • Availability to work a Tuesday–Saturday roster for Store Manager, including peak trading periods and Christmas.
