Team Leader Pet Insurance

Purpose of the Role

As our new Team leader, you will be leading a team of consultants by developing talent, driving performance and ensuring exceptional customer experiences are provided.

You will:

• Lead & motivate consultants to achieve sales, compliance and customer satisfaction goals
• Monitor team & individual performance across key metrics and provide real-time, coaching development and support
• Ensure escalated complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner
• Onboard and overseeing training of new consultants
• Ensuring policies, procedures and regulatory requirements are adhered to
• Using performance data to identify and optimise team effectiveness

Knowledge and Experience:

• Proven experience in leading and managing a team
• An understanding of the insurance industry, including sales processes, products, and customer service
• Experience in managing performance and resolving issues effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and support team development
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial services industry, beneficial
