Job Description

This role is responsible for leading the procurement and integration of market remuneration data, coordinating global survey processes, and providing strategic advice on salary decisions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure high-quality data collection and analysis, supporting informed and equitable remuneration outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining reciprocal data-sharing arrangements with like-minded organisations
  • Leading procurement of market remuneration data and liaising with suppliers
  • Integrating market data into remuneration models for comparative analysis
  • Coordinating annual data surveys across overseas missions
  • Engaging with stakeholders to incorporate local context into salary decisions
  • Providing strategic advice and quality assurance on remuneration methodology
  • Representing the organisation in professional engagements and collaborations

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Strong experience in data procurement, analysis, and integration
  • Proven ability to manage complex survey processes across multiple locations
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in cross-cultural environments
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and risk management
  • High-level communication and professional representation skills
