About the Role

As a Fencing Project Supervisor, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of fencing projects—from planning through to completion—while working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Your leadership and coordination skills will help ensure smooth installations and satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the installation of a variety of fencing products
  • Prepare accurate material lists for each project
  • Conduct site visits and oversee installation progress
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement timely solutions

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in the building or fencing industry (project management experience highly regarded)
  • Ability to read plans and understand site levels
  • Current driver's licence and White Card
  • Good computer skills
  • Strong communication and organisational abilities
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
