Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supervisor - Horticulture based in Kilburn or Lonsdale, Adelaide SA. The Supervisor will oversee horticultural projects, manage a team of horticulturists, coordinate with clients, and ensure the quality and timely completion of projects. Daily tasks will include supervising plant care, landscape maintenance, pest management, and environmental conservation efforts. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Experience in horticulture, plant care, and landscape maintenance
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Project coordination and client communication abilities
  • Knowledge of pest management and environmental conservation
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Adelaide, SA
  • Relevant certifications, such as a Certificate III in Horticulture, are a plus
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role is beneficial
