The Opportunity

Take on a pivotal role as our Reception Assistant and help drive the success of our Bendigo office. Bring your reception and administration experience, along with a positive attitude, and become a valued member of our supportive, growing team - making a real difference every day.

Position Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and manage reception
  • Keep our database organised
  • Onboard new clients
  • Support Partners with admin tasks
  • Assist with company and trust setups
  • Handle ASIC and ATO lodgements

About You

  • Proficient in the use of MS Outlook and Word
  • 2+ years of Administration Assistant or Reception experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen level of attention to detail
  • Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients
  • The ability to work in a team and independently
