We're seeking a Senior Foreman to join our team. This new role bridges the gap between our Project Managers and our Foremen — providing leadership, mentoring, and on-site support across multiple projects. Predominantly site based, but perhaps ½ - 1 day per week in the office, you'll work closely with a Project Manager to oversee several sites and teams, ensuring each project runs smoothly, safely, and within budget.

This is the perfect step for an experienced Foreman ready to grow their leadership skills while maintaining a hands-on connection with the work. Commercial landscaping is our game – think open space, playgrounds, schools, childcare, streetscapes – and we're looking for someone with a proven track record of running these kinds of jobs.

What you'll be doing

· Support the Project Manager to deliver multiple projects on time and within budget

· Oversee and mentor Foremen and site teams to improve quality, efficiency, and performance

· Make day-to-day site decisions to maintain momentum and resolve issues quickly

· Monitor progress through Trade Trak and SimPRO, reporting gains or losses to the PM

· Ensure all work meets CPE Landscaping's high standards of quality and safety

· Lead by example — driving culture, training, and continuous improvement on site.

· Coach and upskill team members to build capability and confidence across crews

Your experience

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

· Proven experience as a Foreman in commercial landscaping or civil construction

· Strong technical knowledge of landscaping, construction methods, and materials

· Confident leader with the ability to motivate, train, and develop others

· Excellent communication and organisational skills

· Able to oversee multiple sites and coordinate resources effectively

· Safety-first mindset with a focus on quality and teamwork

· Competent using Trade Trak, SimPRO (or similar project management systems)

· Current driver's licence and White Card essential
