Based in Perth, the firm is led by three Directors who began as employees, showcasing their commitment and expertise. Our team comprises 16 accountants and five support service providers, all dedicated to delivering seamless and effective professional solutions. Services include Accounting and Taxation, Business Consultancy, External CFO Service, Estate Planning, Self-Managed Superannuation Funds, and Bookkeeping Services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Perth, WA. The Intermediate Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing ledgers, conducting financial analyses, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. Additional tasks include assisting with tax preparation, supporting audits, and contributing to financial planning and strategy development.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Accounting principles and Taxation
  • Proficiency in managing Ledgers and preparing Financial Statements
  • Experience with Financial Analysis and Reporting
  • Familiarity with Business Consultancy and Estate Planning
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification (CPA or equivalent) is a plus
  • Experience in using accounting software preferably XPM and Xero
