Operating since 2016, Webdrill is a well-established, profitable underground diamond core drilling Company. With a strong market presence in Australia and expansion plans internationally, we are seeking a commercially astute, hands-on Management Accountant to drive financial performance, enhance strategic decision-making, and support future business development.

Continuous expansion has created an exciting opportunity where you can contribute your financial expertise to ensure depth and accuracy in cost analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management, refine current processes, and provide commercial insights. This influential position is critical to the Company's ongoing growth and ambition to expand its market share, offering a unique chance to enhance your skills and career.

Your Duties will Include:

  • General Ledger management and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Journal processing.
  • Group consolidations including international entities.
  • Conducting P&L reviews with key site and department stakeholders.
  • Banking and treasury management.
  • Budgets and forecasts.
  • 3-way month-end reporting.
  • Loan finance management.
  • Fixed asset reporting.
  • Sales invoicing and debt recovery.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • CA/CPA qualified with demonstrated experience within a financial/management accounting role.
  • Experienced in managing high-volume financial transactions and reconciliations with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely reporting and compliance.
  • Banking/ treasury management
  • International accounting experience.
  • Strong communication skills and effective stakeholder management.
  • Intermediate excel skills.
  • High attention to detail.
