About the Role
To support the Systems Administrator, with the configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of the GRC platform. This role focuses on ensuring the system remains stable, adaptable, and fit-for-purpose by implementing workflow solutions, resolving technical issues, and coordinating structured release cycles across development, UAT, and production environments. The position also collaborates closely with icare Business Technology teams to align system enhancements with digital transformation goals, while supporting the Risk and Compliance teams with operational efficiency, reporting needs, and continuous improvement of risk systems.

Duties
It's an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Systems Analyst (Archer) you will:
- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting and issue resolution to ensure stable operation across environments.
- Support the deployment of system changes and enhancements across Development, UAT, and production environments, working closely with delivery teams to ensure successful go-live.
- Configure and maintain Archer system components, including workflows, user access roles, data feeds, notifications, cross-reference fields, and dashboards.
- Provide technical support and configuration changes within the Archer platform to meet evolving business and compliance requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and proactively resolve complex system-related issues to minimise operational disruption.
- Maintain and execute Archer operational procedures to ensure system changes are properly documented, tested, and auditable.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into Archer solutions, and deliver changes via structured release cycles.
- Coordinate and support system change process, including documentation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.
- Evaluate and implement system enhancements (including version upgrades, module integration, and UI updates) in alignment with digital transformation goals.
- Analyse system usage trends and data structures to improve performance, usability, and reporting.
Skills & Experience
- Archer Administrator expertise / 3-4+ years' experience in management of Archer GRC (including Archer Advanced Workflow) and other systems
- Pre-Employment Checks
- A computer degree of equivalent
- Technical ability and experience in management of a GRC System, preferably RSA Archer or like system
- Experience in performing system monitoring and analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting, including proactive problem resolution and complex problem analysis as necessary, to maintain GRMC system performance to meet user demand.
- Experience as a risk oriented analytical, reporting and research role of governance, risk and compliance systems, with Archer Administrator skills.
- Able to deal with ambiguity and change.
- Well-developed ability to compile and subsequently provide insights based the analysis of data from a range of sources.
- Working knowledge of the financial services' regulatory framework and /or NSW Government Framework.
