Meat District Co is looking for an experienced enthusiastic and passionate manager to join our team.

What we are looking for:

  • Solid Restaurant Management experience

  • Passion for customer service

  • Experience coordinating a busy restaurant service and managing a team

  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and with a sense of urgency

  • Self motivated, highly organised & well presented

  • Exceptional communication skills

The role includes but not limited to:

  • Management of all aspects of front of house operations

  • Hands on management to ensure that all staff are delivering excellent service and customers leave happy

  • Staff selection and coaching

  • Opening and closing of restaurant

  • Rostering and wages control

  • Ordering and monitoring stock levels of all non-food items

  • Ensuring facilities comply with health regulations and are kept clean at all times
