Revenue Co-ordinator – BIG4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort

Part-time | 18 hours per week (3 days x 6 hours)

BIG4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort is seeking a motivated Revenue Co-ordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a reservations or revenue background who loves analysing data, optimising occupancy, and driving results, all while working in the heart of the Whitsundays.

What You'll Do

  • Optimise occupancy and revenue through effective yield management.
  • Manage pricing, availability, and promotions across Newbook, RoomPriceGenie, OTAs and SiteMinder.
  • Monitor booking trends, competitor rates, and market insights to keep us ahead of the game.
  • Provide regular occupancy, ADR and RevPAR reporting to management.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to deliver short- and long-term revenue strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Front Office or Reservations experience.
  • Strong knowledge of reservations systems, channel managers, and revenue management platforms (Newbook, SiteMinder, RoomPriceGenie and key OTAs highly regarded).
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • A proactive, commercially minded team player with great communication skills.
  • MUST HAVE A PERMANENT WORK VISA as ongoing role
