Global Brand Manager – Jacob's Creek Asia
Reporting to the Global Brand Director – Jacob's Creek, with a dotted reporting line to the Marketing Director – Asia, you'll drive the strategic development and execution of the Jacob's Creek brand across Asia.
Global Brand Manager - Hardys ANZ
Reporting to the Global Brand Manager – Hardys, with a dotted line to the Head of Marketing - Core Brands, you'll work closely with regional teams to deliver brand growth, equity, and innovation in a dynamic, multi-country environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver brand plans for your portfolio and region, ensuring alignment with global strategy.
- Lead projects and campaigns from start to finish, managing details, deadlines, and KPIs.
- Act as the go-to expert for your brand and market, sharing insights on trends, performance, and competitor activity.
- Build strong relationships with regional teams and key stakeholders to bring plans to life.
- Champion digital, social, and shopper marketing, adapting content and campaigns for local markets.
- Identify opportunities and share best practices to help the brand grow.
Jacob's Creek Asia:
Is responsible for strategically managing the development of the brand portfolio with a long-term vision, whilst also ensuring the delivery of short- and medium-term brand equity, market share and profitability via the production of brand and business plans (focused on the Asian markets, and assisting with global and other region projects).
Hardys ANZ:
This role will drive brand health and profitability in Australia and New Zealand, with additional emphasis on shopper marketing and category strategy. The Global Brand Manager will play a vital part in coordinating some key projects across the globe as well as leading the charge in Hardys future for ANZ giving great scope for leadership and development.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking dynamic, proactive, and accountable brand managers who bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 5+ years' experience in a brand management role within FMCG or the liquor industry.
- Proven ability to analyse and interpret key brand data (sales, share, consumer insights).
- Excellent planning and project management skills, able to deliver multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience in trade marketing or a strong understanding of how brands succeed in the trade environment.
- Skilled in social strategy, content development, and campaign execution.
- Experience working within the Asia region (for Jacob's Creek Asia) or ANZ market (for Hardy's ANZ) highly regarded.
- Initiative, proactive approach, accountability, and confident presentation skills.
