- Full-time, ongoing position (with option to purchase additional leave during School Holiday periods)

We are seeking a highly organised and team-oriented professional, with an eye for detail for the role of Boarding Administrator. The Boarding Community at Ballarat Grammar is comprised of five Boarding Houses and over 260 boarding students ranging from Years 7 – 12. This position will be responsible for the administrative and operational requirements of the Boarding community on a day-to-day basis.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
- Significant experience co-ordinating projects and/or activities.
- Experience scheduling staff, including developing rosters and managing leave/timesheets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to display compassion, patience and flexibility.
- A proven ability to work effectively, constructively and collaboratively within a team.
- Well-developed organisational skills, including ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.
