Trainee Steriliser Service Technician - Dental/Medical - "No Weekend or on call Roster"

A position is available for a Trainee Service Technician to join our team based in Malaga with daily travel within the Perth Metro area and semi-regular regional travel within WA by car and air once deemed competent to do so.

We are looking for someone with the following attributes.

- A willingness to learn all aspects of a service/repair technician

- An ability and willingness to commence with low to medium grade tasks as a trainee

- An interest in troubleshooting electronic and electrical faults (previous experience well regarded)

- Hand tool skills

- Clear communicator

- Attention to detail

- Self-starting ability with a sense of ownership over learning

- Warm and engaging approachable personality

Perhaps you are a school leaver with a desire to work in a technical arena with an interest in electrical but don't want to take on a 4-year apprenticeship?

We can work with that, but you must bring your "can do attitude" with a technical "hands on" approach. You must also have a very strong customer service focus.

You will be learning technical support, including installation and commissioning, fault diagnosis and resolution, preventative maintenance and calibration of our equipment.

Please outline in your cover letter, an example of when you have used your fault-finding skills, detailing the experience you had that would be relevant to this role.

A Salary position will be on offer, tiered to your experience level.

Existing competencies with equipment service and repair work is advantageous.

Normal working hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday. There is no weekend work or out of hours on-call roster
