The responsibilities:

  • Process completed job dockets into internal software and MYOB
  • Generate and send invoices to clients, and upload into Vendor Portals as required
  • Respond to client queries via email and liaise with internal staff for response
  • Data entry and general office administration duties

The successful applicant will have:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume work environment
  • Experience with MYOB
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Excellent communication skills
