About the Role:

We're looking for a full-time 
Invoicing & Administration Officer
to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a detail orientated person who loves 
crossing t's, dotting i's
, and 
keeping the wheels turning
 behind the scenes — all while working with a great bunch of people.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and issuing accurate invoices
   based on completed jobs.
• Creating and sending small quotes
  , using pre-built templated pricing.
• Following up on outstanding quotes
   and communicating with clients where needed. We have standard processes and scripts to make this simple.
• Managing supplier returns
   and coordinating credit claims.
• Assisting with warehouse and technician vehicle inventory
   (stock levels, tools, materials).
• Uniform purchases.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' experience
   in a similar role.
• Previous experience
   in 
  invoicing
   and 
  admin
   roles (preferably in the 
  electrical/HVAC trade or construction industries
  ).
• Familiarity with job management software
   like 
  simPRO
   (
  bonus points
   if you've used it before).
• Great time management
   and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Clear, friendly, confident, and calm
   – on the phone, over email, and under pressure
• A 
  proactive, can-do attitude
   - think 'glass half full'
• Someone who thrives in a 
  young, fast-paced, and high-performance team.
• High attention to detail –

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Prior experience in the electrical, HVAC, or trade service space.
• Experience with supplier processes, fleet/vehicle management, or warehouse operations.
