An exciting position has opened up for an Invoicing Officer in a dynamic organisation.
- Create and Maintain Billing contracts in the software system.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate and send invoices to clients, and upload into Vendor Portals as required.
Billing Contract Management: Create and maintain accurate billing contracts within our software system.
Stakeholder Engagement: Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Invoicing and Scheduling: Generate and send timely invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client payment schedules.
Client Communication: Establish open lines of communication with clients to resolve any queries or concerns related to invoices and payment.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
