Employment Type: Full-Time (38 hours per week)

Salary: AUD 78,000 per annum + superannuation

About the Role:

T & B Enterprises Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Green Valley 7-Eleven outlet. This key role ensures smooth, efficient, and profitable store performance while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, merchandising, inventory, and customer service.
  • Implement head office pricing, promotions, and visual merchandising strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse sales trends to optimise product selection and performance.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Recruit, train, roster, and supervise store staff to ensure operational excellence.
  • Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, and corporate policies.
  • Provide feedback to the head office on store performance and business improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or higher in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and retail operations software.
  • Financial management and budgeting experience.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of retail compliance and workplace health and safety requirements.
