E-Commerce Sales & Logistics Manager – Eco Sustainable House

We're a fast-growing supplier of eco-friendly building and landscaping products, servicing both builders (B2B) and homeowners (B2C) across Australia. With exciting new product lines and a focus on innovation, we're expanding rapidly — and we'd love you to grow with us.

This is a varied role where you'll manage our orders through Shopify and Xero, along with managing couriers, stock levels, and customer service. You'll also be involved in the warehouse, preparing products for dispatch and packing orders.

This is not just a desk job — it's a dynamic position for someone who thrives on multitasking, managing people, and keeping both customers and suppliers happy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting sales growth (B2B + B2C)
  • Managing dispatch and logistics for smooth, on-time deliveries
  • Overseeing orders, inventory, and product re-ordering
  • Coordinating in-house manufactured products
  • Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in sales, e-commerce, and logistics/dispatch operations
  • Shopify and Xero experience essential
  • Motivated, supportive, and a natural team player
  • Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
  • Confident in customer service, with excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about sustainability and eco-friendly products
