Responsibilities
· Generating and maintaining listings through prospecting, referrals, and community engagement
· Coordinating and carrying out open homes, buyer appointments, and private inspections
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
· Converting appraisal opportunities into signed listings
· Managing contracts, ensuring a smooth settlement by liaising with solicitors and conveyancers
Requirements
· years experience is ideal, but not mandatory
· Full Estate Agent or Representative license
· Currently resided local to Carrum Downs
· Driver's license with regular access to a car
· Fantastic negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Punctuality and professional presentation
· Excellent time-management and organisational skills
