About the Role
- We are looking for a passionate and proactive Social Media Coordinator to manage our social media platforms and drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
- The position will require some administrative experience, as manual product orders and online orders will need to be processed.
- You'll be responsible for crafting, scheduling, and executing content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok while diving into community engagement and client interaction.
- This is the perfect role for someone who lives and breathes social media, who isn't afraid to jump in front of the camera, loves beauty trends, loves spray tanning,
- The successful candidate will need to be willing to be trained in the art of spray tanning to fully appreciate our clients' needs and wants.
- Although this is advertised as a full-time position, we would consider two part-time operatives.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute creative and strategic content calendars.
- Engage daily with followers, clients, and industry accounts.
- Drive leads and encourage conversion to TechnoTan solutions.
- Create reels, stories, carousels, and videos using Canva & CapCut.
- Collaborate with our marketing and beauty partners.
- Track engagement, growth, and campaign success metrics.
- Be comfortable appearing in content when needed.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes within the beauty industry.
- Assist with creating other digital marketing assets (e.g. website updates, email newsletters, etc.)
- Assisting with inbound telephone calls when required.
- Spray tanning clients as required to appreciate the process and technique.
About You
- Passionate about spray tanning and the beauty industry
- Active on social media with a knack for trends and engagement
- Confident creating content and showing up on camera
- Experience with Canva and CapCut (or similar tools)
- Ability to write catchy captions and engage audiences
- Self-motivated, creative, and ready to take initiative
- Experience in social campaigns and lead generation is a big plus
What we're looking for
- 2-3 years of experience in a social media coordinator or similar digital marketing role,
- Excellent written and visual communication skills, with an eye for aesthetically pleasing social media content
- ·Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with the latest social media trends and best practices, particularly in the beauty and cosmetics sectors
