**About the role**

We are in a phase of significant growth and have a new position for an experienced **Social Media & Marketing Coordinator** to join our team at our High Wycombe facility.

This is a stand-alone role, so you will need to be able to work independently, while creating a significant impact for AWE.

We need help with all things social and take our social media game to the next level

You will be someone who's creative, passionate about digital and a self-starter with a keen eye for new trends. We are looking for someone who enjoys coming up with **original and creative ways** to do digital marketing

The role will primarily involve being the driving force behind our social content and marketing efforts - helping us stand out as a company and grow by executing on a range of Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram campaigns.

From ideation to posting, you'll work hand in hand with the rest of the team to help us execute on our content strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Creating original and engaging Instagram, FB and LinkedIn posts including copy/design/graphics/stories/video etc
- Running FB/LinkedIn ad campaigns
- Direct messaging, engagement and relationship building including online outreach,
- Proactively identifying connection opportunities based on client engagement.
- Assisting with our overall marketing and brand strategy
- Creating brand awareness and generating inbound traffic
- Develop, lead and execute social media strategies in line with changing business needs
- Assist in organizing events and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Manage relationships with external media providers
- Support the greater business in the distribution of communication

**About You**
- Experience in the **_mining sector/construction/heavy industries_** would be **_highly advantageous_**:

- Be up to date on the latest industry trends on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
- Ability to make designs/Copywriting experience
- Qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and analytics
- We certainly don't micromanage so it's important to be personally motivated rather than reliant on a lot of hand-holding.
