Varsity has been serving up banging burgers and big sporting events to the people of Perth for over 10 years now, and we're not stopping any time soon. With 9 venues in WA, and more to come, we want to share our passion for food, drinks, and sports with as many people as possible.

What started out as 3 mates opening their own American inspired uni bar in Nedlands in 2013, has turned into 9 of Perth's destination venues for anyone looking for an epic night out. Throughout this growth, the mission remains, to provide an exciting place where people can come together to celebrate wins, share food and drinks, and play games.

As we continue our growth and look to expand with more venues, both here in Perth, and interstate, we're looking for someone to join our Marketing Team as our Social Media Coordinator. If you're addicted to the algo, and understand what it takes to go viral, we want to hear from you. You'll be joining a fun and experienced team, with the opportunity to be the face of the Varsity brand online.

We're looking for someone that shares our passion for food, drinks, sports and all things fun to take our brand to the next level across our social media platforms. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for
- Creating and publishing content that highlights the Varsity experience and connects with our audience
- Writing copy that inspires, entertains, and educates our customers while using Varsity's brand voice
- Scheduling and reporting on the content you're posting across our social media channels
- With assistance from the Marketing team, you'll be generating ideas, planning shoots, and executing your vision.
- Working closely with the wider Marketing and Operations teams to create assets for all marketing campaigns
- Building a community of influencers and talent that will increase our reach and engagement

The skills and experience you'll add to our team will allow the Varsity brand to sky rocket and put us on the fast track to reaching our goal of world domination in the industry are
- An understanding of multi-channel social media management and scheduling tools
- A passion for all things social media, from trends to audience engagement and everything in between
- The ability to shoot and edit video and photo content that connects with our target audience
- An outgoing personality and the confidence to be on camera as the face of Varsity
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same - this isn't your average 9-5 so you can be flexible with your work hours

And, if you really want to stand out, you'll also have
- Previous content creation experience for a similar brand
- Knowledge of advanced camera equipment (Sony) and Adobe editing software
- A willingness to immerse yourself in the world of Varsity and enjoy what we do - food, drinks, sports, and heaps of fun
