Darling Downs Health is seeking a Manager Operational Services to lead support services at Texas Multipurpose Health Service. In this role, you will oversee teams across catering, cleaning, laundry, maintenance, and more—ensuring high-quality service delivery that supports patient care and staff wellbeing.
What your day will look like….
You will lead and support a team delivering essential services such as catering, cleaning, laundry, and maintenance across the facility. Your role includes managing staff performance, coordinating contractors, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Every decision you make helps create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
