About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Project Team. Reporting to the Program Manager – Delivery, you will oversee the successful management of building projects for our key client, the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA).

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong leadership, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct site scoping, costing, and planning
  • Provide regular progress reporting
  • Proactively identify and resolve construction issues
  • Ensure strict compliance with OH&S regulations
  • Maintain high standards of build quality
  • Manage project budgets and cost control

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within the construction industry
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Comprehensive understanding of OH&S and building regulations
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to excellence
