The Company

Our client is NDIS/Healthcare organisation providing services to clients across Victoria.

The Role

We have a temp role available for 2-3 months, 9-5pm, hybrid.

The successful candidate will report to the Quality Director and be responsible for:

Administration duties around the legislative and regulatory compliance process.

  • Creation and review of documents and maintenance of the electronic register
  • Assist with internal projects through administrative support such as document drafting, meeting scheduling, document collation.
  • Manage the administration of the client feedback process, including logging, follow-up and data entry including onboarding, training and reporting.
  • Support responses to internal and external information requests and assist with preparation of reports and summaries.
  • Coordinate committees, governance forums and reports and information for committees
  • Provide administrative support and assistance for audits, accreditations, projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior Administration role
  • Administration experience in the NDIS/Aged Care/Healthcare sectors
  • Ability to prioritise, manage a number of tasks and responsibilities and remain calm and focused in busy times
  • Ability and desire to work as part of a team making a valued contribution to a positive and successful team culture
  • Demonstrated ability to listen, articulate clearly and engage with customers, colleagues in accordance with the company's values
