About the role
This is a full-time Project Administrator role based in Pakenham, VIC, working for Print365 Pty Ltd, a leading player in 3D print construction industry. As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth delivery of construction projects, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling, document management, and general office duties
- Maintaining detailed project records and documentation, such as meeting minutes, progress reports, and correspondence
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of project invoices, timesheets, and other financial documentation
Collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless communication and information flow
Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes
Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders
Coordinating and organising project team meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar project administrative role, preferably within the construction industry
- Construction industry experience is an essential requirement for this position
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting
