In the role of
Product Consultant, TWC Experience
, you will join theTrade & Working Capital team that's doubling down on customer obsession.

Each Day, You'll Go Above And Beyond To

  • Develop insights into where the TWC product is not meeting customer and/or colleague expectations across all TWC products and channels
  • Drive enhancements to the customer experience, working collaboratively with the Product Managers and Senior Consultants in TWC
  • Working with Head of Product, deliver consistent CVP, policy and work instructions across products
  • Consistent feedback and execution loop for TWC complaints, working with relevant stake holders
  • Work with Head of Product to drive the strategic vision and product roadmap to support both customer needs

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • Experience and industry knowledge across product management
  • Experience in either lending, trade finance or transactional products preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to define a customer vision to get alignment across a variety of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with range of stakeholders
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and ensure that they are structured to get the most out of stakeholders
  • Detail oriented and accurate in work
