In the role of Product Consultant - HICAPS, you will join the HICAPS Product team that's doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Working closely with delivery and operations on initiatives that improve the HICAPS end-to-end experience including direct contact with customers

  • Provide support with product management activities such as portfolio performance analysis, competitor analysis, complaints and NPS analysis collateral maintenance, identification of risk issues and customer remediation

  • Provide support across the end-to-end product value chain

  • Support the development of the product strategic roadmap for HICAPS products and customer segments

  • Support the identification of opportunities to improve the product offering and value added services.
    Support Product Managers and Product Owners on transformational delivery initiatives to migrate legacy platforms to a strategic state whilst uplifting the end-to-end customer experience.

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • Experience as a Product Consultant
  • Digital or technology experience in the Banking & Merchant acquiring or Health experience
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen and strategic thinking Product analyst or management experience
  • Understanding of how to assess customer user experience and customer needs
  • Ability to analyse and identify opportunities to grow customers and improve and HICAPS team processes
  • Excellent written communication (e.g. experience in writing powerpoint presentations and papers)
