Product Consultant (mid-level) – Victoria

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Consultant with mid-level experience to support our clients in adopting and optimising our products and solutions. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, delivering expert guidance, supporting the sales process, and ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Engage with clients to understand business requirements and recommend tailored solutions
  • Work harmoniously with a Senior Product Consultant
  • Conduct product demos, lighting proposals and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project, sales and operations teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Identify and troubleshoot client issues, escalating when necessary
  • Collect client feedback and contribute to product innovation

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in product consulting, solutions consulting, or a related role
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand complex client requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Problem-solving orientation and attention to detail.
  • A team player attitude
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and relevant software tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple client engagements.
