About RMIT Online

About the Role
As the Experience Product Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping an exceptional learner experience and guiding the design and delivery of new non-award products.
You'll map and analyse the product journey, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate across product, tech, operations, and learning design teams to embed learner insights into product design, service delivery, and our technology roadmap.
This hands-on role bridges strategy and execution — supporting the Senior Product Manager while leading your own initiatives to ensure that the learner voice is reflected in everything we create and deliver.
What You'll Be Doing
- Map and analyse learner journeys across courses, credentials and delivery modes
- Identify key touchpoints, pain points and opportunities to enhance the student experience
- Translate insights into actionable product, service and technology recommendations
- Collaborate with teams across Tech, Ops, Learning Design, Delivery and Marketing to implement and test improvements
- Partner with Colleges and internal stakeholders to scope, test and deliver new non-award products
About You
You're an experience-focused product manager who thrives on solving complex problems, translating insights into action, and creating meaningful learner experiences. You'll bring:
- A strong background in product management, service design or CX/UX
- Experience mapping and improving learner or customer journeys
- Confidence in producing wireframes and prototypes (Figma or similar)
- The ability to work with qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design and delivery
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with digital education delivery, learner platforms and support models
You're a clear communicator who can bring the learner voice to life across the business and inspire others to act on it.
