About the role:
Allied Express is looking for a Strong Leader for immediate start in our Bankstown depot. As the shift manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management in the warehouse to ensure a high level of safety, productivity and performance of the afternoon shift team.
Positions available:
- PM Shift Manager
To be successful in this role, your previous experience and skills must include:
- Proven experience in transport or logistic operations, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance (CoR, Fatigue Management, Dangerous Goods Management)
- Ability to work under pressure and to proactively manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in transport management systems and basic reporting tools.
- Availability to work PM Shifts and occasional weekends/public holidays.
