We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a highly regarded Australian university and play a key role in delivering a portfolio of strategic, business-focused initiatives.

In this role, you will work across multiple project streams, partnering with senior stakeholders and leading the delivery of initiatives that directly support the university's strategic priorities. This is an exciting opportunity to influence outcomes at scale and contribute to meaningful change within a complex, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver business-focused projects across multiple streams.
  • Establish and maintain strong project governance, planning, and reporting.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational strategy.
  • Manage competing priorities and drive project outcomes within agreed timeframes.
  • Support organisational change and business readiness activities.

About You:

  • Strong track record in delivering business-focused projects (non-technical or business-led).
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in complex environments.
  • Highly developed communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Prior experience within the higher education sector is highly desirable.
  • Ability to influence, engage, and deliver outcomes in large organisations.
