We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation project. You will be responsible for driving all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful outcomes that improve warehouse operations, inventory visibility, and supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a SAP WMS project, from initiation through to go-live.
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, business analysts, and operational stakeholders.
  • Act as the key liaison between IT, operations, and executive leadership.
  • Oversee integration of SAP WMS with other SAP modules and external systems.
  • Ensure project outcomes align with business goals and operational requirements.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering SAP WMS projects.
  • 8+ years' experience in project/program management, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or distribution environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP WMS and related modules (MM, SD, WM).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) highly regarded.
  • Ability to manage complex, business-critical projects under tight deadlines.
