
Injury Management Advisor

- Deliver injury management related services to local government staff across WA, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
- Manage all aspects of Workers Compensation claims, collaborating with all parties throughout the claim process.
- Develop strategic injury management strategies and continuously monitor allied health treatment and workplace rehabilitation providers.
- Provide education and mentoring services to member organisations, along with regular updates on industry news and injury management practices.
- Proactively manage project initiatives to improve claims outcomes and conduct regular client visits and claims reviews.
- Formal tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy,, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
- AHPRA or ESSA licence
- A minimum of 2-5 years of clinical or workplace rehabilitation experience.
- Strong computer literacy, including skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A current WA driver's license and a willingness to travel across WA to support local governments.
- Pool vehicle will be supplied by the company for employee use as well as laptop, mobile phone and company corporate credit card.
- A passion for making a difference in people's lives and a commitment to continuous development.
- Experience in delivering education and mentoring services.
- Previous involvement in project management or strategic planning within injury management.
