Description:What can you expect?
  • Deliver injury management related services to local government staff across WA, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Manage all aspects of Workers Compensation claims, collaborating with all parties throughout the claim process.
  • Develop strategic injury management strategies and continuously monitor allied health treatment and workplace rehabilitation providers.
  • Provide education and mentoring services to member organisations, along with regular updates on industry news and injury management practices.
  • Proactively manage project initiatives to improve claims outcomes and conduct regular client visits and claims reviews.
What you need to have:
  • Formal tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy,, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
  • AHPRA or ESSA licence
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of clinical or workplace rehabilitation experience.
  • Strong computer literacy, including skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A current WA driver's license and a willingness to travel across WA to support local governments.
  • Pool vehicle will be supplied by the company for employee use as well as laptop, mobile phone and company corporate credit card.
