Key responsibilities
  • Support injured workers, manage RTW processes and injury management.
  • Manage SLA's and participate in meetings with insurers.
  • Lead and train Health Admin staff.
  • Facilitate return to work with health practitioners.
  • Maintain claims files in SolvInjury, ensuring compliance.

About you
  • Experience in a similar role managing an injured workers caseload for WA based employees.
  • Tertiary qualifications in medical, health, workers compensation, or related areas.
  • Experience in the insurance sector with a solid understanding of workers' compensation insurance, policies, and premiums.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity to manage offshore teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, medical and legal professionals.
