Job Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to be part of a team dedicated to occupational health and safety.

  • Improve and implement injury management strategies.
  • Participate in early intervention activities to prevent injuries and provide advice to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication with staff who have sustained injuries or illnesses.
  • Liaise with allied health providers, claims assessors and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Risk Management team to ensure compliance with work health and safety legislation.
  • Coach managers on proactive early intervention and rehabilitation.
  • Conduct ergonomic work assessments and provide advice on workstation setups.
  • Prepare monthly reports on claims management and return to work activities.
  • Analyse data to identify systems improvements.
  • Participate in injury prevention initiatives.

About You

To be successful, you must be an expert in Rehabilitation and Return to Work with previous experience in a similar role. Allied Health qualifications in Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy are highly desirable.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about health and safety, understanding risk management principles and having excellent communication skills.
