About us

Joyce Krane is a national supplier of quality crane and logistical services to the Oil & Gas,

Mining and Renewable Energy Industries and are currently seeking an Operations Administrator for our Kewdale depot.

Based in Kewdale, Western Australia, this role will suit someone with who is enthusiastic, has high level attention to detail and great communication skills. The successful candidate will exhibit the ability to coordinate daily operational duties and overall operational and business support while demonstrating the technical skills and experience required to ensure every day running of the company.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • General reception duties such as answering incoming telephone calls, stationary orders, greeting clients and administrative support.
  • Ensure all equipment and personnel documentation are kept up to date.
  • Preparation of equipment and personnel documentation for gaining access to client sites.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees to the business.
  • Maintain records of daily pre-start check forms.
  • Create purchase orders when required.
  • Assist the QOSHE Manager and Operations Team Lead with data collection, input and compliance.
  • Prepare, maintain, publish, and file all the Joyce Krane records supporting all operational activities as required per quality process and management needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate of Business Management qualification would be advantageous.
  • Experience in an organisation that primarily provides services to the Oil & Gas, Construction and Mining industries.
  • Experience in conducting reception duties and daily administration tasks associated with running a small to medium business.
  • Experience providing personnel and equipment site mobilisation services.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience of working with documentation in a Q/OHS environment.
  • Good computer skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Ability to remain focussed when working under pressure.
