Are you a creative storyteller with a knack for building communities online? Beforeyouspeak Coffee is shaking up Australia's coffee scene with our performance-driven functional blends—and now we're searching for a Social Media Manager to help us bring the brand to life across digital platforms.

At BYS, we live for performance—in every workout, every hustle, and every cup. You'll be the voice and creative force behind our social presence, working end-to-end across platforms to inspire, engage, and grow our community of coffee lovers, athletes, and go-getters.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow Beforeyouspeak Coffee's presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Develop and execute content strategies—ideation, scheduling, and execution (captions, graphics, short-form videos, behind-the-scenes storytelling).
  • Engage with our community by responding to comments, DMs, and customer queries in our brand tone of voice.
  • Oversee ambassador content—briefing, coordinating, and ensuring consistent alignment with our style and campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics, report insights, and optimize content and engagement strategies to hit ambitious growth goals.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in managing social media for a brand, agency, or influencer (2–3 years+ preferred).
  • Skilled in short-form video creation (Reels, TikTok) and copywriting, with an eye for creative storytelling.
  • Passionate about health, wellness, fitness, and/or functional food & drinks.
  • Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail, able to juggle deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter who thrives in both independent and collaborative work.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (no temporary visas).
