Transformation Manager

**About the role**

We are searching for an experienced Transformation Manager to join our team, based in our Brisbane office. You will primarily be responsible for driving the successful delivery of strategic initiatives and priorities across all verticals of our business. Your key responsibilities will be:

- Lead end-to-end portfolio management including strategy, prioritisation, benefits, reporting, and governance
- Build transformation roadmaps aligned to business priorities
- Drive visibility and performance through effective tools, processes, and risk management
- Ensure initiatives deliver clear value
- Champion change management to support successful delivery and adoption
- Represent the Centre of Expertise, driving best practice, assurance reviews, and scalable frameworks
- Monitor progress, performance, and risks to keep projects on time and on budget
- Deliver transparency through clear documentation, reporting, and insights

**About you**

You will be a commercially astute transformation leader who demonstrates significant experience in managing complex portfolios of work; ideally in a transformation environment which touches the full breadth of organisational strategic priorities.

Critical to your success will be your ability to connect the dots between strategy and execution, with the ability to develop and drive transformational roadmaps which align to organisational priorities and deliver meaningful impact for our customers, partners and stakeholders.

You will be an agent for change, who can partner closely with the business to engage stakeholders, foster alignment and navigate complexities. You will be a natural communicator, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, where collaboration is key to success.
