The Role

We're looking for a high-energy, knowledgeable, and passionate Group Fitness Trainer / Personal Trainer to lead our small group PT sessions (12 clients per class) and one-on-one coaching at Vikasati. You'll be responsible for:

  • Coaching structured small group training and one-on-one PT sessions
  • Ensuring correct technique, progression, and safety in all sessions
  • Creating an engaging, results-driven training experience for our community
  • Adapting programs to meet individual client needs
  • Building strong relationships with members to drive motivation and retention
  • Maintaining an exceptional gym environment

Qualifications & Skills

  • Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness
  • Current CPR & First Aid Certification
  • Strong understanding of strength and conditioning principles
  • A passion for continuous learning and growth in the fitness industry
