The Morphett Arms Hotel, a part of the Palmer Hospitality Group, is a beloved local institution known for its vibrant atmosphere, exceptional service and dynamic events.

With a range of function spaces available, tailored to cater everything from corporate and fundraising functions to parties and special events, this is your chance to own this space and bring your vision to life. You'll have the freedom, support, and resources to shape the role around your strengths, creativity and ambition

The Role

Working with a dedicated team, the successful applicant will be:

  • Leading and inspiring a passionate bar team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Liaising with guests / clients to coordinate and execute a wide range of functions.
  • Collaborating with senior management to innovate and grow our functions business.
  • Driving excellence in customer service and beverage offerings through staff training workshops.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in bar and/or functions management.
  • A natural leader with strong communication and organisational skills
  • A flair for hospitality and a genuine love for creating memorable moments.
