Manager – Bar & Restaurant

Full-Time | 38–45 hrs/week | Weekends essential

We're looking for experienced, hands-on Duty Managers to join our vibrant and growing hospitality group. This is your chance to work in some of Adelaide's most exciting venues and be part of an energetic, forward-thinking team.

About the Role

You'll lead by example, ensuring the venue runs smoothly, the team is motivated, and our guests leave with a smile every time.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in daily bar and restaurant operations
  • Motivate, coach, and develop a passionate team
  • Maintain high standards of service and presentation
  • Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations
  • Handle rostering, payroll input, and team scheduling

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing a busy cafe and/or restaurant
  • A natural people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Sound understanding of bar operations, food service, and hospitality trends
  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
