Our platform empowers decision-makers to build safer, fairer workplaces—without the complexity.
We're expanding our sales team and looking for an energetic SDR to help us connect with the right people and drive growth.
What You\'ll Be Doing
Prospect Compliance and HR decision-makers in SMBs.
Initiate outreach via phone, email and social channels.
Qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile.
Book 20 or more qualified meetings per month for our sales team.
Keep CRM updated with lead activity and notes.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve messaging and conversion.
What We\'re Looking For
1+ years in a sales or customer-facing role (SaaS or B2B is a plus).
Strong communication and objection handling skills.
Experience using LinkedIn and CRM (Zoho and MyPhoner a plus).
Organised, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Flexible, fast-moving, and full of ideas.
